*J.C. Movement, Inc is a religious, charitable, education & scientific-based program through J.C. Movement, INC.

Enrollment:
1. A registration fee of $25.00 is assessed at the time of registration. Registration fees are nonrefundable. If the student is already in a JCM program, the registration fee is waived.

Enrollment slots will be confirmed and held only upon receipt of the registration fee and daily payment upfront if registration is required for the desired J.C. Movement.

2. The weekly fee is $40 Parents must pay fees Friday before going into the week. Payments can be made at jcmovement.org. If registration and payment is not paid, students will not be able to attend the program.

3. Children are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. If the Movement has reached its capacity, your child will be placed on a waiting list in the order that enrollment forms are received. Registration fees must be paid in full before a child from the waiting list will be admitted into the Movement. Paying off the registration fee does not guarantee your child a spot in the program if all seats are field.

5. No child will be enrolled in the Movement unless all forms have been completed and submitted including registration fee.

Program Policies:
1. The Movement is open depending on the Movement your child is involved in on the day that you were initially informed on (Summer Movement, Before/After School Movement, J.C. Day Home Development) and is closed on weekends, holidays, and inclement weather days.
2. Fees are assessed based on the cost of providing services to your child for the entire Movement. There is no credit given for absences or for school closures (due to holidays, inclement weather, etc.)
3. Your child will be under the supervision of a J.C. Movement team member and or volunteer was given a background check from the time he or she arrives until pick up.
4. In order to secure their continuing enrollment, children are required to attend the program on a regular basis. It is requested that parents notify the program about long-term absences. Children who do not attend regularly will be at risk of removal from the program.
5. Removal or suspension from our Movement may occur if the following inappropriate behavior is used: stealing; damaging property; using foul language; being disruptive and uncontrollable in the group; harming another student or staff person; disrespect to adults or peers; inappropriate behavior(s) not solved after repeated attempts; behavior detrimental to the student and/or others. Staff will communicate regularly with families regarding behavior concerns. Every effort will be made by the team to enlist the cooperation of the student and parents to solve problems. The student must be able to function in a learning environment designed with a 20:1 student/teacher ratio. If a student's behavior is problematic, the parent will be notified, and appropriate action will be taken, which may result in the removal of the student from the program.
6. Parents/guardians are responsible for the repair and replacement of programs and materials that are damaged or destroyed by their child.
7. Grievances: Parent input concerning the program is important. Feel free to share these comments with the Site Director. If you are unable to resolve questions concerning policies and procedures, you may contact Joseph C. Jenkins

Late Policy:

After 10 mins, the parent will be charged a dollar every extra min. During this time leader will reach out to individuals on the pickup list for help. If the student is not picked up in 60 min then DCS (Department of Child Services) will be contacted. This is the last result only if a plan of contact has not been put into place with parent and Leader.

Late Fee Policy:

Payments are due every Friday before the beginning of the week. Including holidays and breaks from school.

J.C. Movement, INC. is a crowed and program funded non- profit.

Documentation Policy:

If a student has behavior needs that require up to 5 redirections in a day. Students will then be placed on a documentation policy depending on the staff's judgment of behavior. The parent and student will sit down with staff members to go over the plan. Students and parents will have access to a form that will be updated on student behaviors. If the student gets up to 5-day documentation notes, he/she will be suspended for the program for one week. The fee is still required for the week. Once the student returns, the student will continue on documentation policy. The student will be removed from the program if the behavior continues.
