These screening questions are needed to help address the safety of our volunteer workforce and to ensure that the PPE being provided to First Responders and Hospital staff has a minimal risk of contamination.  We take this responsibility seriously.
We value each volunteer, but have to meet certain Health and Sanitation standards in our Clean Facilities.  Please know that the information below is kept confidential and is only accessible to limited, senior staff for screening purposes and placing volunteers into appropriate roles.
