We realize you have clicked into this form because you are having an issue with one of our chilling units.

The first thing we like to do in cases like this is a little troubleshooting. Just to make sure the issue can not be resolved on its own. Please follow these troubleshooting tips:

FOR FRIDGES AND FREEZERS:

FREEZER DOES NOT OPERATE:
• Check if Temperature control dial is in the “OFF” position. Choose “4”
to get started.
• Check if freezer is plugged in.
• Check if there is power at the circuit breaker.
• Wait for 30-40 minutes to see whether freezer will start.
FOOD TEMPERATURE APPEARS TOO WARM:
• Frequent door openings.
• Allow time for recently added warm food to reach freezer
temperature.
• Check gaskets for proper seal.
• Clean condenser coils (for models with exposed condenser coils).
• Adjust temperature control to colder setting.
FOOD TEMPERATURE IS TOO COLD:
• If temperature setting is too cold, adjust to a warmer setting and
allow several hours for temperature to adjust.
COMPRESSOR RUNS TOO FREQUENTLY:
• This may be normal to maintain constant temperature during high
temperature and humid days.
• Door may have been opened frequently or for an extended period of
time.
• Check door gasket for proper seal. Make sure door is completely
closed.
• Check freezer compartment for blockage from frozen food packages,
containers, etc.
FREEZER HAS AN ODOR:
• Clean interior of the freezer
• Make sure foods are properly wrapped or sealed
• Often times the wire on the back of the unit can get hot and give off an odor (especially when the unit is new) – Unplug the unit for 24 hours and allow the wire to cool and plug the unit back in

FOR GRAB AND POUR CHILLERS:

ONE OR BOTH OF CHAMBERS NOT OPERATING:
• Check if unit is plugged in - if the unit is plugged in unplug for 5 minutes and plug back in
• Check that both Front and Rear (F & R) buttons located on the top of the unit are illuminated
OTHER TIPS:
•  Ensure the ambient temperature of the outside environment is not higher than 72F. Sustained high temperatures in any environment can affect the output of the machine and ultimately the temperature of the liquid inside the bottle
• Remove the puck on the bottom of the chiller and only use 1L bottles as they fit more snug to the cooling elements of the chiller itself

If your issue has not been resolved please fill out the below replacement request form and we will determine the warranty eligibility of your unit. All units are covered under warranty for 1 year from the manufacture date*. We cannot verify the warranty without the serial number from the back of the unit, so please make sure to include that information on the form.

Once your information has been verified, your replacement unit will be shipped to you within 7-10 days.

The warranty becomes void if attempts at repair are made by non-authorized third parties and/or if spare parts, other than those provided by MyBrandPromo, Inc., are used.
