広告主参加規約/Seller Delegate Agreement
ご招待者様には、広告主参加規約に同意していただく必要がございます。

招待Seller企業として、ネットワーキングを含む、Summit期間中に行われるすべてのプログラムに参加します。
You will participate in all programs during the Summit.

Sponsor企業とのOne to One Meetingは、特段の理由(既に別の企業と長期契約をしている、自身の担当部門ではないetc.) がない限りリクエストに応じるよう協力します。
You will accept One to One meeting requests with Sponsor companies unless there is a specific reason (e.g., already under a long-term contract with another company, etc.)

イベント当日60日前以降に招待参加の取り消しを行った場合には、キャンセル料(通常参加費の50%）を支払うか、同等の役職者をサミット事務局の同意を得たうえで参加させます。
If you cancel after 60 days prior of the event, you must pay a cancellation fee (usually 50% of the registration fee) or make representative for the same positions.

イベント前、およびイベント以降3カ月以内に、異動を含む現在の役割から変更が生じることが分かった場合、速やかに事務局に連絡します。そのうえで、改めて招待参加の可否について審査を受けます。
If your current position changes either before or within 3 months after the event, you will notify the show office immediately. You will be reviewed again for invited participation.
