DISCLAIMER: These screening kits are not for anyone showing symptoms related to COVID-19. Employees must immediately leave the workplace and arrange a PCR test with the Timiskaming Health Unit (THU) within 24 hours if they are exhibiting symptoms. Screening kits are an added measure but all other PPE and distancing protocols must continue to be followed regardless of screening.

First pick-up: Please visit the KLDCC office at 23 Government Road E at the beginning of your chosen appointment time, as selected below. Your Screening Supervisor Designate MUST be the person collecting the screening kits and will be required to watch a 5-minute instructional video upon arrival.

Refill: Refill kits will only be provided two weeks after your previous order. Reporting of results from the previous order must be completed in order to receive a refill. Refill kit collection will take place in a "drive-through" method and you must remain in your vehicle at all times. Refill kits will only be provided to the same Screening Supervisor Designate as the first pick-up.
