Together Apart Virtual Writing Retreat: How to Make Progress This Summer and Not Lose Your Head
Longing for a glimpse of normal and finding a routine? Looking for creative (and compassionate) paths toward getting unstuck in your writing? Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and out of balance during a global pandemic? Wishing you had a writing community to keep you connected and feel less isolated? This FREE virtual writing retreat across 3 sessions facilitated by Sharon Zumbrunn will help participants define their writing and wellness priorities, uncover the stumbling blocks and shenanigans in the way of progress and self-care, and learn practical strategies for a more balanced and rewarding summer. Each session includes an interactive workshop, 90-minute writing block, and space to build a community to write together, apart.

FREE TO ALL VCU faculty, post-docs, and doctoral students (breakout rooms according to groups).
