אוצר האמנות של מכון ויצמן למדע. במסגרת זו הוא מוביל מגמה של הצגת תערוכות אמנות עכשווית בחללים שונים במכון ויצמן, ושילובים שונים בין מדע לאמנות (לרבות תוכנית רזידנסי במכון). בנוסף, עורך עזגד– מטעם מכון ויצמן - את השנתון "שירת המדע" המשלב ספרות, אמנות ומדע.
ההרצאה תתאר את פועלו של עזגד לשילוב מדע ואמנות במכון ויצמן: קונספט, רקע היסטורי, תהליך פיתוח, תגובות הקהל, קשרים עם הקהילה והציבור הרחב; וכן תיאור שילובים נוספים בין מדע ומדענים לבין מדעי הרוח והחברה בכלל, וספרות ושירה בפרט.

أمين المعارض الفنية لدى معهد وايزمان للعلوم. يقود، في هذا السياق، الاتجاه المتمثل في تقديم معارض الفن المعاصر في مساحات مختلفة في معهد وايزمان، ومجموعات مختلفة بين العلوم والفنون (بما في ذلك برنامج الإقامة في المعهد). بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يقوم عيزجاد -نيابة عن معهد وايزمان -بتحرير الكتاب السنوي "شعر العلوم" الذي يجمع بين الأدب والفنون والعلوم.

An Israeli journalist, editor, writer and art curator.
The art curator of the Weizmann Institute of Science. In this context, he leads a course of study which presents contemporary art exhibitions in various spaces at the Weizmann Institute, and various combinations of science and art (including a residency program at the Institute).
In addition, Azgad edits - on behalf of the Weizmann Institute - the annual magazine "Poetry of Science", which combines literature, art and science.
The lecture will describe Azgad's work to integrate science and art at the Weizmann Institute: concept, historical background, development process, audience reactions, connections with the community and the public; as well as a description of other combinations between science, scientists and the humanities, social sciences in general, and literature and poetry in particular.
