Welcome to the Itcush into Dance Online Class via Zoom!

Itcush into Dance Classes are movement and mobility classes focusing on advanced patterns of motion in lying, standing and on a stool. This class covers exercises that assist in creating a structure that is supple, fluid and strong.

$70 or $15 drop in

April 20, 27 May 4, 11, 18, 25

Classes will be recorded and sent within 24 hours. Recording will not expire.

Registration Type
There are three different types of registration.

1. 6-class bundle
   Attend class every week plus you have access to the recording of the class

2. Drop-in
   Attend the class plus you have access to the recording of the class you participated

3. Recorded video plan
    You will receive the video link of the class and watch/do at your convenient time

*Note for the drop-in registration
Please let the instructor know at least TWO DAYS PRIOR to the class with which class and what date you are dropping in. These two days give enough time for you to receive the meeting information before the class date.

2. cheque drop off or by mail; Contact Ashley if you need mailing address

Liability of Online Class Format
Please be aware of your surroundings when moving and exercising at home/workplace. If you feel any discomfort in any position or in exercises, pause and take care of the body.
The practitioner cannot be responsible for any injuries, and/or damages caused during and/or by the online class materials.
