CSNO Membership Survey 2023
Thank you for your CSNO membership.  We appreciate all that you do to support the health and well-being of children. The CSNO Standing Rules call for a biennial Membership survey.  Your input is important to us and we look to refine and improve the way we serve our members. Please complete the survey. It is estimated it will take 10 minutes of your time.  It is completely voluntary. The CSNO State Board will review your feedback at CSNO Leadership in July.  Feedback has been used to support our school nurses.  We look forward to serving you! Thank you for you time.

Do you plan on attending the 74th Annual State conference, February 8-11 at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa in Rancho Mirage; room rates $209 plus tax and resort fees?

If you answered no, maybe or undecided, what would help persuade you to yes.
This year in Riverside at the 2023 State Conference, we had over 660 individuals attend. Our next two conferences will be held 2024 Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort room rate $209, Palm Desert; 2025 Loews Coronado Bay Resort room rate $259, San Diego (75th CSNO Anniversary).

In looking at possible State conferences in a Northern  location space becomes limited. With room rates in mind, San Jose & Santa Clara are out priced; Sacramento has no locations. Using convention center, with the exception of Riverside,  is an automatic $20,000 cost increase, which does not include their food costs.
Please share your thoughts on the possible location

In thinking about 23-24 Legislative Priorities, what do you believe are the pressing legislative issues surrounding school nursing.  Please note, CSNO has tried multiple times to mandate student to school nurse  ratios. These efforts have been difficult given the significant school nursing shortage and state budgetary impacts.
In the past, CSNO Active, Associate, Member at Large ($124) and Student/Retired ($62) membership were collected concurrently with NASN Membership ($105) in a joint membership application process.  In joining one, you automatically became a member of the other.  With this, it would make joint dues with membership to both organizations $229 for Active, Associate Member at Large; $113.45 Student and $119.75 Retired, respectively. Please share your thoughts.
