We are looking for a diligent & organised individual who can manage celebrity styling requests, and coordinate with multiple vendors efficiently while consistently streamlining the logistics of the warehouse. The associate will get a great learning experience of directly dealing with the clients, being a part of strategic calls and while being a part of new growth opportunities.

Job Description
- Onboarding stylists and fashion editors from tier A media
- End to end coordination between brands, influencers and stylists and vendors to facilitate sourcing requests
- Maintain relations with all company vendors to facilitate inflow of celebrity requests
- Coordinate end to end logistics of the warehouse
- Maintain a stock sheet of stock in and out, organise and manage shipments
- Tie up with cost efficient vendors and set up the warehouse
- Project Management and tracking
- Daily reporting and discussion

- Ability to multi-task and manage different operations timely
- Must be a quick learner with the capacity to be pro-active in taking up tasks
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

Please Note:
- Working hours needed: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day
- An experience letter will be provided after successful completion of the term
- Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on exceptional conduct
- Minimum tenure for this position would be 12 months, with the first 3 months being probationary. The associate will initially go through an unpaid training process in the first month, upon which we will confirm the role, based solely on his/her performance.  Stipend will be paid in the initial probation period.
