Contributor(s) hereby grant the Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine in San Diego, CA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors, assignees, staff, employees, and owners the right and permission to record, use, publish, stream live, offer for sale, or otherwise distribute any audio, video, articles, columns, advertisements, photographs, interviews or any other type of content received by or with Contributor(s). Such right and permission includes, but is not limited to, the name of the Contributor(s), the name of Contributor(s) business, recorded audio or video, photographs or likeness, biographical information, handouts or any other material-based information received upon or derived therefrom. 

This grant of permission does not include the release of any of Contributor(s)’s confidential information. For the purposes of this paragraph, “confidential information” is defined as home/business address, email address, telephone numbers or date of birth of Contributor(s). We will never sell your personal information.

Contributor(s) understands that the Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine may (at its sole discretion but is not limited to the following) produce presentations, publications, social media posts, website landing pages, testimonials or handouts/flyers based in whole or in part upon Contributor(s)’s information shared in the process for the purpose of being featured. Any portions thereof and/or video/audio recordings or photographs, and that such media or transcripts may appear in print, online, or in any manner of media, including (but not limited to) promoting the Contributor(s) and their business. The Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine shall have the right to edit and/or transcribe Contributor(s)’s article, column, advertisement, interview, or any other content received from Contributor.

Contributor(s) waive any and all rights to content approval. The Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine will do their best to reach out for approval before release of content, yet it is not required nor obligated to. If Contributor(s) does not reply within 24 hours for approval request, Contributor(s) forfeits the right to any input in the process. If approval is granted and errors are noticed after such approval, The Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine will not be held responsible. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, although errors will in good faith be attempted to rectify.

Any and all claims for compensation arising from the use of any and all content received by Contributor(s) for use by the Intuitive Life Hub or Sovereign Magazine will be denied. Contributor(s) waive any and all rights to claim (including, without limitation, claims based upon defamation) arising out of or in connection with, any use or alteration of composite form of any content/materials given by Contributor(s) to the Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine.

Contributor(s) hereby release and discharge the Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine in San Diego, CA together with all principals, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, successors, heirs, assignees and affiliates of both entities from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with (but not limited to) the editing, programming, sessions, making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting, promoting, or marketing by any means or otherwise using the above mentioned creation of content.

Contributor(s) hereby warrant and represent that Contributor(s) has the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights to the Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine herein. 

Contributor(s) understand that it is their sole responsibility to properly credit someone else’s work, writing, definition, presentation, photograph. Failure to do so will result in liability only being given to Contributor(s), and not to the Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine.

I (We) agree that during the course of any interaction whether via email, virtual or in person with Contributor(s) and the Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine has not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that Contributor(s) will indemnify, defend, relinquish, and hold the Intuitive Life Hub and Sovereign Magazine harmless against any such claims.

This release shall be binding upon Contributor(s) and Contributor(s)’s heirs, personal representatives, agents, successors, and assignees approval/electronic signature.
