Lending Materials Request

Thank you for requesting lending materials for your classroom! We are excited to share our museum objects with your students. A few notes on our lending policies:

1. We confirm lending materials within one week. You will receive an e-mail with details
after we have processed your request. If you do not receive a confirmation within one week,
please contact Christine Piazza at christinep@centerofthewest.org or at 307-578-4068.

2. Please make your request at least three weeks prior to the requested date.

3. Lending materials are scheduled for classroom use for two weeks. Longer periods may be considered if requested in advance.

4. Borrowers are responsible for shipping costs of all lending materials. The materials you request will come with an invoice and details about return shipping. All lending materials are sent UPS Ground.
