This workshop requires participants to actively participate and practice the defensive tactics being taught. I agree to have my webcam on for the entire workshop so that the instructor can provide feedback and correction where needed. *
Please note: This workshop is for people with any level of physical ability. Participants are allowed to sit out and not practice some of the defensive tactics if it does not feel comfortable to them but their webcam must remain on.
