Roselle Park will be hosting an 8U and 10U Summer Tournament. 8U Tournament will be held July 19th-July 20th. The 10U Tournament will be held July 26th-28th. The cost per team is $600 with a 3 game guarantee. We will provide USA Softball carded umpires and balls for the games. Teams must be registered with USA Softball. Teams may register with USA Softball at the tournament for $50, payable to USA Softball.
You may pay via check (Made out to RPYBSL) or Venmo (@RPYBSL-Pay). Checks can be mailed to: Attn: Summer Tournament, RPYBSL, PO Box 94, Roselle Park, NJ 07204. All checks will be deposited immediately. Depositing of you check means your team has been
accepted as a participant in the tournament. It guarantees your team will play a minimum of 3 games. All teams will be required to have birth certificates on hand in at the event and must have proof of insurance.
Each team will be notified of the schedule by the Girls Tournament Director.
As with all tournaments, the completion of games is weather-dependent. In the event of inclement
weather, teams must be prepared to play on short notice. In the event that the tournament is cancelled and NO GAMES ARE
PLAYED, refunds will be issued.
Please note: In the event your team registered for the tournament, and cancels its registration within two
weeks of the tournament, there is a penalty of 25% of the tournament entry fee. Teams who cancel within
72 hours of the tournament will forfeit 100% of the entry fee.
