Roblin Park Community Centre will be hosting its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, April 22 at 7pm.
Due to restrictions on group sizes related to COVID-19, we will be hosting the event virtually. Depending on restrictions in April, we may be able to host a small number of people in person. Watch for changes in details.

We are asking any participants to fill out this form so we are able to track voting eligibility and ensure we have quorum for the event. RPCC will keep all information gathered confidential.

Residents within RPCC catchment have voting rights at the AGM. Catchment borders are:
North - Assiniboine River
South - Wilkes Avenue
West - Charleswood Road (both sides), to Roblin Boulevard
North to the Assiniboine River
East - Up to, but not including Fairmont Road, from Wilkes north to Grant Avenue
West to the intersection of Grant & Roblin
Northwest to the Assiniboine River

One change is being proposed for the constitution at the Annual General Meeting:

Article 6.3 - Membership
Those persons not residing within the Centre's designated boundaries must apply for associate membership through the General Council of Winnipeg Community Centres

Change to: Article 6.3 - Membership - Those persons not residing within the Centre's designated boundaries as defined in article 5 may apply to the Roblin Park Board of Directors for associate membership annually and may vote and stand for election at the Annual General Meeting of the Centre. Parents/Legal guardians of a child, who is enrolled full time at our child care facility, will automatically hold associate membership status. They may vote and stand for election at the Annual General Meeting regardless of where they reside for the duration of their child’s enrolment.
