参加費：20,000円（Tシャツ、ショーチケット１席分含む）
Fee: 20,000 yen (Includes show T-shirt and one show ticket)

参加資格：小学校1年生〜高校3年生まで
Grade: Grade 1 to 12 (on April 1st 2024)

定員：200名（小学生上限140名先着順）
Max capacity: 230 participants (Max 70% of total will be Elementary Students)

  • 参加者は「参加者席」がございますため、参加者本人の分はお申し込み不要です。
  • Participants do not require a show ticket
  • １申し込みにつき１席分、無料のショーチケットが付属します。
  • One free show ticket is included with each application.

  • ショー鑑賞席は有料です（１席1,000円）
  • Additional show tickets are 1,000 yen per seat.
  • 小さなお子様（未就学児につきましては膝上でご鑑賞いただけますが、席を必要とする場合はお申し込みください。
    Preschool children may sit on a parent’s lap for free,  but if they require a seat they must buy a ticket.
    • 例１：参加者1名、お父様・お母様の合計2名でご鑑賞の場合、追加席は１席分です。
    • i.e. #1 : If one child is participating and both parents wish to watch the show, please type “1” to buy  1 additional ticket.
    • 例２：参加者1名、お母様のみご鑑賞の場合は追加席は不要です。
    • i.e. #2 : If one child is participating and only one parent wishes to watch the show, please type “0”. You do not need to buy any additional tickets.
    • 例３：合計2名の参加者申し込み、お父様・お母様の合計2名でご鑑賞の場合、追加席は不要です。

  • ショーチケットの追加ご購入はワークショップ2日目夕方以降現地での販売のみとなります。参加お申し込み時にご購入のチケットとは並び席になりませんので、ご注意ください。（24春ツアーより変更になりました）
  • Additional show tickets can only be purchased on site after the evening of the second day of the workshop. Please note that tickets purchased at the time of registration will not be placed side by side with the tickets purchased at the time of the workshop. (This has changed since the 24 Spring Tour)

On the day of the show, the contact person for your party will receive an e-mail with seat reservation numbers for all of your tickets, including the free tickets. Further details about this will also be sent out by email at a later date.

HEART Globalでは、ご参加のみなさまにアウトリーチ期間中の数日間をメンバーと過ごす、ホストファミリーのボランティアをお願いしております。
お引き受けいただける方は、本フォームで参加申し込み完了後、別フォームのホストファミリー登録URLよりお申し込みください。
