EastHAB/PhilHAB 2019: Accommodations
Hello Participants,

Please refer to the following guidelines.

FOR MICROTEL INN & SUITES GUESTS:
There are free airport transfers on your dates of arrival and departure. Kindly indicate the date & time of your arrival and departure on this form. Note that we will coordinate these information with the hotel staff.

FOR NON-MICROTEL INN & SUITES GUESTS:
Kindly coordinate with your respective hotels for details of your airport transfers. During the conference proper (December 11-13, 2019), we will be having shuttle service/s to the venue for your convenience. Kindly fill-up this form to let us know your preferred means of transportation going to the conference venue and back to your respective hotels.
