From the NCRA bylaws section 1.14 e):
http://www.ncra.ca/other-governance-resources/bylaws“Each Member shall, at least seven (7)* days prior to the Annual General Meeting of Members, provide the Corporation with an authorization, indicating the individual who has been elected or appointed by such Member to speak and vote on behalf of such Member at Meetings of Members for the duration of the then-current fiscal year of the Corporation. Such authorization shall also delegate a second individual to speak and vote on behalf of such Member in the event the individual elected or appointed under this subsection (a) is unable to attend a Meeting of the Members.”
*Due to online voting, we can allow registration up until end of day, 5pm PST October 25th 2022, but we prefer you to register sooner than later.
Member representatives must be elected or appointed by an authorized representative of the station, which includes a Board or staff member.
Note: To be able to vote, stations must be current NCRA members in good standing, a station who has paid its full membership dues in the previous year (This is new for 2022). The NCRA membership year runs April 1-March 31 each year. If you have any questions about your current standing, please contact
