TSAC is a group in Tisdale, SK that is focused on community wellness. The group is interested in supporting people in Tisdale and surrounding areas by sharing the importance of mental health and social connection. TSAC includes Better Together (Tisdale), which has helped to support projects for social connectedness.

Youth (ages 11-30 in Canada) members of the group are hoping to increase the youth-focused programming that is supported by the group. This survey is meant to reach out to youth (or parents of youth) in and beyond Tisdale to get an idea of what is needed in the region.

This survey is anonymous. The only demographic information that is collected is to help get an idea of what age groups are especially interested in more youth-focused projects. You are welcome to leave extra comments at the end.
