STEM Summer at STCC will offer three 1-week free STEM camps for local middle and high school students. Age requirement: 11 to 17. Please complete all sections.
Camp Descriptions:
"Camp de Light" Session #1
July 17 - 21st from 9:00 am-3:300 pm
Fun with Lasers. Students will learn about what lasers can do in our everyday lives. Over the week, they will make spectroscopes, pinhold cameras, and holograms, and do work with lasers.
Computer Technology Create Mobile Apps (Waitlist)
July 31 -August 4, from 9:00 am-3:300 pm
This session is an introduction to the exciting world of developing apps for mobile and tablet devices. Students will create applications for mobile computing devices that culminate with a student portfolio of Android Apps.
