This is a short form to gather information from SFDS parishioners and friends to evaluate the impact of our awarded "Something New" Grant.  With this grant we purchased 10 x 30 outdoor waterproof tents to provide shade for outdoor activities, handbells to start a choir (debut is Oct 16), boom whackers (debut is Nov 1), A greenscreen for videos (debut TBD) and bibles for Faith Formation.  All these items needed to be justified as something "new" and something to encourage our youth, involving them more deeply in our faith.
