We want to incorporate more families, community members, and local businesses in our activity stations. There are endless possibilities, so please get in touch with us (islandcreekptaevents@gmail.com) if you are interested in hosting a table or volunteering at the event.
The event is tentatively scheduled from 6 - 8:30 p.m.
Set-up will run from 5 - 5:45 p.m.
There is no fee to sign up as a table host. STEM Night is an excellent opportunity to share your programs with the Island Creek Elementary School community. We will share information about our business partners on our website as well as promoting your company logos on our marketing materials.
Local Businesses: Please sign up to be a part of STEAM Night; a few options are below.
- Share an activity that students can participate in at the event.
- Share an activity or craft that students can take home.
- Offer a raffle or giveaway item that the PTA can promote at the event.
- Sign up as the event primary sponsor ($250)
Volunteer: Sign up to run a PTA-sponsored activity table about coding, sports/reaction time, structural design, and testing design models or math with dice.
