Purpose and Context: This survey is conducted to collect data, to better understand, identify and analyze patterns and trends in Fencing and to provide insights into how individuals interact, form relationships, and communicate in different social settings. Your valuable input will help FIE and National Federations to optimize athletes' development, competition planning, make evidence-based decisions that enhance the performance, well-being, and long-term development of Fencing athletes. Finally, it will contribute to academic research. Your opinions and experiences matter to us.
Anonymity and Confidentiality: If you consent to participate, your responses will be kept strictly confidential. Your identity will remain anonymous throughout the survey, and the data will only be used for research purposes.
Informed Consent: Participation in this survey is completely voluntary.

Instructions: Please read carefully and answer the questions to the best of your ability. The survey is divided into 2 sections. The first one is about demographics purposes (7 questions) and the second one is about sociological purposes (8 questions). In total 15 questions. Instructions for each question are provided below. The estimated time to complete this survey is approximately 5-8 minutes.
