Can't attend the event in person? There are a few options that are available for you that will get you attention at our event. All virtual participation will include promotion in our reader group and our event portals and you will be allowed to have a spot in our author-take overs leading up to the event. You will not be allowed to do your own promotion aside from the author take-overs, though.
1. Sponsor our event - Get your brand in front of our attendees and authors. If you would like to sponsor our event there is a different for that participation:

• Send your book for display along with giveaway swag, and displays that we will set up for our attendees to walk by and see.
• We recommend swag that they can take with them. Think "Author Alley" from the RT Cons.
• You will get a 2.5 x2.5 spot near the area that will have food served and tables for people to sit an eat.
• Swag spot authors can post in the reader group for release days and sale events with the topic #swagspotauthor
- Wall Clings are available as an upgrade - we are only charging for printing and shipping costs estimate about $30 for a 3x5.5 wall cling
- Design services for the wall cling are available - printing and design prices will be quoted per job
3. Send books and unique swag for our raffles - the raffles benefit the VFW. Suggested swag: (Price: Swag!)
• Water bottles/Coffee mugs
• Jump drives that include your eBooks
• Notebooks
• Bags
• Stickers etc.
4. Send high quantity swag! Include swag in our VIP bags and giveaways, we are asking for 50 pieces: (Price: Swag!)
5. Include your book in the book boxes. (Price: One Book)
• Your book will be included in book boxes that will be given away/sold at the event
• Your book will be advertised at the book box booth
If you sign up for an Author Alley spot you will be sent an invoice through GoDaddy from Parajunkee Design & Publishing. If you do not receive an invoice it means all spots have been filled.
