66195:  Documenting Israeli and Palestinian Food Cultures: Teaching and Travel (9 units).

Students who are interested in enrolling in this course should respond to the following brief questionnaire and prompt question (200-300 word double-spaced) by Thursday November 24th in order to be considered for admission to the course.  Please note that there will be a limit of 12-15 students admitted to the course. Students will be notified as to the status of their application prior to registration week.  

A significant portion of students’ travel expenses will be covered by the Office of the Dietrich College Dean; other subsidies to cover students’ out-of-pocket expenses can be explored through CMU departmental travel funds, commensurate with financial need.
