Group Commitment 2024
This is your REQUIRED Group Commitment Form. Please be sure to complete this form as soon as possible, so you can register your group and hold your spots in the desired pricing tier. Please answer the questions below as best as you can, at this point in the year! In order to receive your user ID and password to register participants, you must submit this form and pay a $100/person group deposit. Once your deposit is received we will send your user name and password by email. 

How It Works:
Step 1: Unidiversity Group Commitment Form 2024 is required to gain access to our online camp registration site.
*After completing this form, proceed to step 2 & 3.

Step 2: Mail Deposit no later than March 15 of $100/person to:

When your Group Commitment form and Deposit is received, you will be issued a user id and password to access our online camp registration.

We understand it is still early for summer registration. In order to receive Early Bird Rate for participants, you must submit $100/person for the number of campers you want to reserve at the early bird rate. 
Once your $100/person deposit is received, you will gain access to our registration site.
