What is your fund called?
Fund Description, Intent / Purpose, and Disbursement *
What is the fund for? How much money does the fund hold or hope to hold? What is the cost break down of the project (how much money is allocated to which portions of the project)? Be as descriptive and thorough as possible. Remember, each fund must have the opportunity to benefit the entire membership, even if it is a narrowed group of members (such as staff or players).
Source of Money for Fund *
Where will the money be sourced from? This can be things like the BoD budget request, fund specific fundraisers, donations, etc. Fundraiser collections must be managed through a KGE approved electronic payment system.
Dates: *
List the date of submission and the date of completion of the fund. Funds cannot exceed one calendar year, but can be renewed each year.

Has this project already been approved? If yes, state who approved it and on what date. If not, you can select "NONE"
