Cultural Encounters: South Asian History in the ‘Third Space’
In today's world, people are defined by binaries: nation or not, religious or not, authentic or not. Yet, this has never been the case in the countries that make up South Asia. History reveals a much more composite, layered set of circumstances that make South Asia what it is today. Through our series, 'Cultural Encounters: South Asian History in the 'Third Space', we will explore different historical threads to understand some of the encounters that continue to shape life today.
