· Order deadline is Friday at 4pm (including holidays) for next week delivery, generally deliveries take place on Wednesdays or Thursdays, subject to change. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be accepted for the week following. Last minute orders may be accommodated depending on inventory and a late/delivery fee may apply (see above).

· You may choose to pickup your order free of charge at our 30th Street location. Orders that are not picked up within 5 days will be placed back into inventory. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit and EMT.

· Dates we are not available for wholesale orders will be forewarned (ie vacations etc) with an email unless other circumstances arise.

· An invoice will be issued once your order is confirmed. All orders are C.O.D. and delivery is free of charge within the GTA for orders of $300 or more, otherwise a delivery fee will apply. Outside the GTA, there is no minimum order but a delivery/shipping fee will apply (generally in the $50-$75 range).

· Payment must be made prior to pickup/delivery of product unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If payment is not received, delivery or pickup will not be accommodated. If payments on invoices are not receive within 20 days of due date, late fees will apply.

· Gluten Free Shells are sometimes out of stock and should be ordered 1 week in advance to accommodate delivery. The shells must be stored sealed in the package it arrives in order to ensure freshness and has a shelf life of up to 4 weeks.

NOTE: We do our best to maintain stock of all our flavours of creams and sizes of shells, however sometimes it is possible we are out of stock or delayed on some items. We will never short an item without contacting you first and often prefer delaying delivery in said case.
