This application form is to register to be a MENTEE for the BLSA Peer-to-Peer Legal Mentorship program this upcoming 2020-2021 academic year.

Requirements:

- Must be a 1L, 2L, or 3L student in full-time studies at the University of Ottawa OR
- Must be a high school student or undergraduate student interested in pursuing a career in law
- Must be in a valid program within uOttawa's Faculty of Law
- Must be of African descent, Caribbean descent, or identify as Black
