Please remember, this is a non-commercial, non-political parade. No advertising of any kind is permitted. No political organizations or individuals are permitted.

* Submission of this form means that you have read and understand all Parade Rules and Regulations of the Upper Arlington Civic Association and agree to abide by them and advise all of your participants to abide by them as well. You will be contacted immediately if your entry does not align with the policies and regulations outlined below.

MUSIC: If you are planning to perform or play music on the parade route, please list the song titles below.  Please keep in mind that we are a family-friendly event.  Music lyrics and message should be appropriate.  Thank you! (leave blank if no music will be used).
We have read the UACA Fourth of July Parade Rules and Regulations and agree to adhere to the policies and expectations. *
All entries are expected to keep pace with the entry directly preceding so as to keep the parade moving and avoid large gaps. *

This number should include the vehicle pulling the float.
(Please be as accurate as possible as this will impact the staging of other floats). (Example: Farm wagon with truck = 40’,  Flatbed truck = 55’, Semi with trailer = 70’).  If you will have multiple trucks, please account for all trucks.
