Registration for July 2023 ART Courses in North America
Following the March 2023 Teacher Training Survey to determine interest in courses about how to teach handling and how to teach moving on from rounds to methods, the REDD (Ringing Education Development Discussion) Team has scheduled ART (Association of Ringing Teachers) courses in these two topics at four venues around the last four weekends of July.  We hope that North American ringers interested in attending these courses will find dates that are convenient for them.

So that we can finalize travel arrangements with the course instructor (who'll be coming from Australia) and finalize commitments with the venues, we're asking that people register by the extended deadline of May 18.

Course Selection
Registration includes tuition and course books,  plus snacks and drinks during the day.
Attendees will pay separately for lunches at the course (likely sandwiches ordered on the day). 

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.

You may register to attend either one of the courses (modules), or both of them. 

Students are expected to attend the full day of the course, so if traveling, you may need to arrive the night before the course starts.

The extended registration deadline for the courses is May 18, 2023.

Registration is non-refundable (unless the course is cancelled).
4. Select Module 1 (How to Teach Handling) - $47 (US dollars)

By registering for this course, I confirm that I meet these prerequisites:
·         I am 18 or over.
·         I have sufficiently good bell control to be able to inspire confidence in others.
·         I am able to comfortably raise and lower a bell. 

NOTE:  As of May 15, the Marietta offering of this course is full and has been removed from the offered options.

5. Select Module 2C (How to Teach from Rounds to Methods) - $37 (US dollars)

By registering for this course I confirm that I meet these prerequisites:
·         I am 18 or over.
·         I am comfortable ringing touches (inside and affected) of Plain Bob Doubles or above.

NOTE:  As of May 15, the Marietta offering of this course is full and has been removed from the offered options.

If you have a PayPal account, you may pay via PayPal once you’ve completed your registration.  The direct link to send money to NAGCR’s account will display in the confirmation message after you submit your registration.

The cost (in US dollars) for Module 1 is $47, for Module 2, it's $37, so if taking both courses, the amount is $84.

If we do not receive your payment by the extended deadline of Thursday, May 18, we may cancel your registration.
