Pavilion Rental Request
Please submit your request to rent the pavilion at least 30 days before your desired rental date. Only SJRV Property Owners in good standing may rent the pavilion.

Once the request is submitted, you will be contacted by the POA Manager within 5 business days to confirm your request.

HOURS:
The Pavilion Rental is from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

CLEANING:
All trash must be bagged up and taken with you. Tables and grills need to be cleaned after use.

BEHAVIOR:
No excessive drinking, loud noises, or rowdy behavior is allowed during your pavilion rental.

PARKING:
Parking is NOT allowed on SJRV Metro roadways. Please ensure that all guests are parked off of the roadway and in the parking spots in front of the pavilion. Please do not park on the grass. Consider parking at your home and carpooling or walking to the pavilion.

INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to indemnify and hold San Juan River Village Property Owners Association or the San Juan River Village Metro District harmless from any and all losses, liability, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from any injury or damage in any way associated with the use of pavilion premises.
