Step 1: Choose the pictures you want on the front and back of each ornament. You may choose 2 of our designs and stock photos or choose one of our designs and a custom photo that you submit. Background design will be the same for both sides of the ornament.
Step 2: If you want to use a photo of your own, email it to plumtreelane@att.net with your name and phone number. **Please Note that the quality of the picture on the ornament will depend on the quality of the picture you e-mail**
Step 3: Fill in the form below and submit payment by 12/02/22
Step 4: Submit payment via cash or check to Heather Whatley (check payable to Heather Whatley) or submit payment via Paypal or Venmo (links below)
Step 5: Orders will be ready by 12/16/22
