Police Clearance
In order to work with CSS, you need to have Police Clearance.  A police clearance helps confirm that volunteers do not have a criminal record that could pose a risk to the individuals they may come into contact with during their volunteer work. This precaution is essential for maintaining a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved in the CSS's activities.

If you do not have one, you can apply via this link https://npcoapr.police.nsw.gov.au/aspx/dataentry/Introduction.aspx

Please choose the option 'Volunteer'.

Working With Children Certificate
Volunteers require a Working With Children Certificate not just for engaging with children, but also for aiding individuals with disabilities or vulnerable adults within the village. This credential guarantees that volunteers are prepared to offer assistance and care safely and respectfully, irrespective of the particular group they are assisting.
