As a condition of being allowed to use the facilities and participate in activities (including, but not limited to, sports, training, and physical exercise) at Push Arena Gym Rentals, the undersigned (hereafter referred to as "Participant") agrees to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk:
   Participant acknowledges that the activities involve inherent risks and dangers associated with physical activity that may result in personal injury, property damage, or death. Participant understands and voluntarily accepts all risks associated with these activities.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability:
   Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Push Cape Breton, its directors, officers, employees, trainers, agents, or other representatives (collectively "Releases") from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that the Participant may hereafter have for injuries, disability, death, or other damages arising out of or related to participation in activities, including, but not limited to, losses caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.

3. Indemnification and Hold Harmless:
   Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of the Participant’s involvement in activities at Push Arena Gym Rentals and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

4. Severability:
   If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, the remaining portions of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect, provided that the general purposes of this Agreement are still reasonably achievable.

5. Consent to Medical Treatment:
   Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if Participant is injured or requires medical attention during their participation. Participant agrees to be financially responsible for any medical bills incurred as a result of medical treatment.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding:
   Participant has read this Agreement and fully understands its terms. Participant understands that by signing this Agreement, substantial rights are given up, including the right to sue. Participant acknowledges that this Agreement is being signed freely and voluntarily and intends by the Participant's consent for this to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
