Basic ToS:

• FULL payment will be upfront to start, once the sketch is approved I shall fully begin.
• PayPal, cash app or Zelle can be used for USD payments. I prefer Cash app above all. 
• Art commissioned by me may be posted to social media, but MUST have credit to me with the appropriate links to my socials.
• Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own, unless discussed with me BEFORE you commission me. 
• Refunds given based on how much work is done. Read below for clarification.
• BY ORDERING ANY NSFW/18+ ART YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER.
  
• DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use my artwork for NFT or anything of that nature at all, that will result in an instant ban from future commission.

 
In Depth ToS:

SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT

1. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
2. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.
   
3. Conditions for Reposting
   
   • The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to any of my socials) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
4. Prohibited Actions
   
   • Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
   • Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
   • Claiming the artwork as your own.
     
5. If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.
   

SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. I accept payment in USD. All USD payments will be taken via PayPal, Cash App and/or Zelle.
   
2. You will be given 24 hours to pay after a sketch is shown or a quote is given. Non-payment within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled. Inform me when the money has been sent so I can check and make sure. 

SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION

2. Visual Reference.
   
   • Please provide a full reference for your character when you submit a request for a commission. Without a full visual reference I  will not be able to correctly recreate your character in my own style, staying true to their design. 

SECTION IV. WILL/WON'T DRAW

   • Art that portrays hatred to any group
   • Extreme gore
4. You must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content. I am a United States citizen and abide by United States laws. Breaking this rule is extremely serious and will result in blacklisting/blocking on all social media, email, and any other means of contact. By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.
   

SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS

1. Estimated date to completion. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
   
   • I work a Full-time job, at the moment, so times may vary between 1 to 2 weeks for your commission to be finished.
2. Works in Progress (WIPS) can be requested at anytime and I will send them at the earliest convivence for me. 
   
3. Revisions and edits, During the sketch stages please inform me of any alters that you may like to see in the commission before the next stage of art begins.
   
• Once the sketch has been finished and approved by the commissioner, no more major edits may be made from then on. Only small edits such as colors can be edited at this point.
• Commissioning private artwork comes with a small fee. 
4. Purchases are only refundable if I as the artist has taken too long to begin.
