Milestone Focus: Our boys and young men of color will...
1) Read at Grade Level by 3rd grade
2) Graduate from high school ready for college and career
In addition to our milestone focus for Nashville, MBK Nashville has the goal to help build strong mentorship infrastructure throughout the city and offer community building activities on an ongoing basis for boys and young men of color.
Our 2030 goal is to increase the percentage of boys and young men of color (BYMOC) ready for college & career after high school to 60%.

Being at the Table - Attending at least 80% of network meetings fosters engaged representatives

Contributing Resources - Change takes resources; sharing individual and institutional assets strengthens us as a whole
4.
Sharing Our Work - Spread awareness about our efforts and advocate for others to get involved
5.
Serving for at Least 2 Years - Relationship building takes time; two years fully acclimates our members
