WYA Foundation Ambassador Program Participant Agreement

For anyone who would like to become a Washington Youth Academy Foundation Ambassador. This agreement is effective for one year from acceptance by the WYA Foundation representative. The agreement may be extended by agreement between the Ambassador and the Foundation. The agreement may be terminated at any time. You will be notified by e-mail upon acceptance by the Foundation.
