Book Fix

You will always be reading a book you love when you receive library materials that are hand selected by our expert staff to meet your unique reading style. No subscription required.

How Book Fix Works

1) We will need your name and current library card number.

2) Take our personal reading style quiz.

3) Based on your results, a reading stylist will hand select books for your Book Fix Bundle. A library staff member will contact you to coordinate when your bundle will be available. You may use our curbside pickup service or visit the library and pickup your bundle on the HOLDS shelf. Read as many or as few of the books as you like, and return them when finished.

4) When you’re ready for more, let us know and we’ll select a new bundle. No commitment required. Stop and start at any time. Your quiz information will be kept until the end of the calendar month. Each month new titles are added to the quiz.

Horror: fiction whose purpose is to create feelings of fear, repulsion, and terror in the audience

Science Fiction: content is imaginative, but based in science. It relies heavily on scientific facts, theories, and principles as support for its settings, characters, themes, and plot-lines, which is what makes it different from fantasy.

Fantasy: fiction that concentrates on imaginary elements. This can mean magic, the supernatural, alternate worlds, superheroes, monsters, fairies, magical creatures, mythological heroes

Romance: Main characters and plot centers around a love relationship.

I would NEVER read any thing that was considered "graphic." Such as strong language, murder or death scenes or sexuality.

I am open to read whatever you pick for me. I can always return my Bookfix Bundle and start over.
