The Sectoral Working Group is tasked with among others, to evaluate the efficacy, suitability and structuring of the ICT and digital economy sector and its role in fostering agility, innovation and value creation; and, to review existing policy, legislative frameworks, institutional structures and administrative protocols regulating/underpinning the ICT and digital economy sector in Kenya and make recommendations for reform.

The Sectoral Working Group is required to conduct public consultations in accordance with the Constitution and invites relevant stakeholders, members of the public, and all interested parties, to provide suggestion(s), views and inputs, with justification(s), on policy and legislative reform which will inform the review.

The Sectoral Working Working Group therefore invites relevant stakeholders , Members of the Public and all interested parties to submit online their views and comments on sector reforms based on the Seven Thematic Areas using the formatted form below not later than 31st October 2023
