Please fill out this form by 7:45 a.m.  every Monday if possible. We realize that circumstances change and you may need to fill out the form later in the week. Curbside pick up will be available on Monday and Thursday at 11:15 at the entrance of Crestline. Monday, students can pick up breakfast and lunch meals for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday, students can pick up breakfast and lunch meals for Thursday, and Friday. Meals are free to all students this semester.   Please see menu located on school website for selection choices on hot meals. If you need to cancel a meal order please contact the cafeteria manager at 256-773-4198 or  Belinda.Logan@hartselletigers.org  by 9:00 a.m. each day. Failure to cancel meal before 9:00 a.m. will result in meal being charged to your child's account. Children do not have to be present to receive meals.
