Virtual Stay Strong, Stay Healthy

To have a successful class you will need the following items:
• Technology Requirements: Computer or tablet with video/web camera capabilities, email address, download Zoom desktop app.
• Fitness Equipment: Leg and arm weights

• Class Dates: December 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 21 (Monday), 23 (Wednesday), 29, 31, January 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26.
• Class Time: 11 a.m.
• Class Cost: $20 for all sessions
• Registration Deadline:  Monday, November 30th
