Car Seat Check Request Form
Thank you for contacting Safe Kids Northwest to schedule a car seat check. We offer seat checks in Anacortes and Oak Harbor. All seat checks are performed by nationally certified child passenger safety technicians. Appointment slots are typically available at noon, 12:30, 1, and 1:30 p.m. If one of our upcoming seat check dates/times does not work for you, we may be able to schedule an individual appointment on a day that works better for you. 

Each seat check takes approximately 30 minutes for one seat/child with an extra 15 minutes for each additional seat/child. 

When coming to your check please make sure to bring your car seat, any products you are wanting to use with your seat, your car seat manual and your vehicle manual. If you are unable to locate your manuals please let us know before your appointment, so we can arrange to have them available to us.

Do you have a user manual for each car seat and the vehicle?
If you do not have a physical copy of your user manual, many can be accessed on the manufacturer's website. You may also be able to request a replacement copy by contacting the manufacturer directly.
