Registration for Hunter Safety Education Course (April 2024)
PRIOR TO COMPLETING THIS FORM: If the student who is signing up does not already have a DNR I.D. Number, you will need to call the DNR at 1-888-936-7463 to obtain this number.

If signing up multiple students, a separate form will need to be completed for each student.

THE FEE FOR THE CLASS IS $10 PER PARTICIPANT. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE AT THE FIRST CLASS VIA CASH OR CHECK. CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO "ONEIDA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE". If you sign up for the class and need to back out as the dates get closer, please call Mike at 715-365-9745 and let him know so he can open up that spot for another person.

Parents and guardians not looking to take the class, but wanting to sit in with their son or daughter, may attend free of charge. The parent/guardian should NOT register themselves in this case.

Dates and Times: April 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, and 11 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm (participant is expected to attend all dates). 

Location: Oneida County Law Enforcement Center Committee Room at 2000 E. Winnebago St. in Rhinelander.
