Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan Feedback
As a requirement of receiving ARP Act ESSER III formula funds, School Divisions must review and update as necessary local plans for the Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services every six months. During the plan review process, LEAs are required to seek public comment on their plans and to take such comment into account when considering plan revisions.
