Jr. High Registration
Meetings take place 6:30-8pm in the St. Joseph Room.
Jr. High Youth Ministry includes gathering with the 7th and 8th graders to join in prayer, a faith activity/discussion, community building game, and a small snack.
**All 7th and 8th Graders are welcome. Please show up with an open heart and open mind. We will include everyone and treat each other with kindness. Any drama and disrespect should be left at the door.**
Seeking Young Adult Leaders to join the Jr. High team! All 18+ Young Adults must be in compliance with Protecting God's Children course and paperwork. Adult leaders would help facilitate activities, distribute snacks, and share their faith with the young people.

The Catholic Bishops of Chicago and Queen of Martyrs & St. Bernadette Parish, their agents and volunteers are committed to conducting programs & activities in the safest manner possible and hold the safety of participants in the highest regard. Participants and parents registering their child in these programs must recognize however that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate in such activities. The Catholic Bishops of Chicago, Queen of Martyrs & St. Bernadette Parish, and their agents insist participants follow safety rules and instructions, which are designed to protect their safety. Please recognize that the Catholic Bishops of Chicago and Queen of Martyrs & St. Bernadette Parish do not carry medical accident insurance for injuries sustained in this program. Therefore, people registering should review their own health insurance policy for coverage. It must be noted that the absence of health insurance coverage does not make the Catholic Bishops of Chicago, Queen of Martyrs & St. Bernadette Parish, or their agents automatically responsible for payment for medical expenses. Please read this carefully & be aware you are waiving all claims for injuries or sickness you or your minor might sustain arising out of participation. I understand that the activity will take place on the parish premises and that my child will be under supervision. (Activities where there is physical activity such as outdoors or sporting activities have an inherent risk to sprained ankles, muscle pulls, bruises, back, neck and head injuries, and including death).
