Please completely fill out the below to request press access the 2024 Five Points Jazz Festival on Saturday, June 8, 2024 in Denver, Colorado. Press passes are not mandatory to photograph the event, but will be required to access barricade/photo pit or other designated press areas.

This form must be completed in its entirety at least one week prior to the event for press consideration.

These requests are for working credentials to be used by press staff on assignment only.  All requests will be verified with an editor.  

Confirmations will be sent out via email the week of the event with details about credential pick up and photo policy.
