Description: The Slim and Sculpt fitness challenge is created to help you slim down while sculpting the muscles you already have! No equipment needed, we incorporate body weight workouts!
We have designed creative and fun full body workouts, with the goal of losing inches and sculpting from head to toe!
Over the next 4 weeks you will see (and feel) your body transform by following these workouts, tips and recommendations along the way!
Each Tuesday you will receive a workout video via email. We know that everyone is busy so these videos are meant to be done on your time.
You'll gain access to our private accountability group chat (your number will not be shared in the group just your first name), a safe space that helps to enhance support, community, accountability, check ins and more!
The group is also how you'll get access to info about the prizes offered throughout the challenge!
