As everyone who has ever dined at The Clockspire knows, flavour is everything to us, which is why we leapt at the chance to make our own gin. We've teamed up with local distillery The Somerset Spirit Company in Castle Cary to produce our own signature London Dry gin. The style is mellow and harmonious and the blend of aromatics includes some secret locally foraged ingredients, orange leaves from the Conservatory at Ven House as well as juniper, bay, angelica, coriander and cassia bark. We've named it 12 O'Clock gin in homage to our own Clocktower and it costs £45 per bottle.
